Bad experience

Business Outlook

Pros

Above average salary. Rest all cons only.

Cons

Managers lacked clear direction and passion to build their team or help them to succeed, using big words but no substance, fully dishonest and quick to blame others. Old, poor quality products, work was not interesting , zero scope of learning or developing technically, too much work pressure, bad treatment from managers, salary was avg but work hours were too much high.. so no work life balance. Lack of communication. You can hope to survive if you can handle bullying and politics from oversmart people. I was fed up.
