Not what it once was....

Pros

It's a big company & unlikely to fail. Almost everyone is friendly. The company isn't "soulless". The output of the company saves and sustains people's lives. Some robust and helpful HR policies provide good benefits for staff. It all feels very "steady"

Cons

Very easy to feel like a tiny cog in a huge machine. Recent divestments made the company less varied to work at. It all feels very "steady"
