Business Outlook
Pros
Working for a company that makes products that help and save lives makes a job here meaningful. Benefits package is really good. The people that work there are really great.
Cons
Company is not good at offering internal candidates the same compensation as external. Direction of the complete is unclear with new CEO. Have seen a lot of changes over the years where the new strategy seems to be the 'flavor of the month'. There had been so many cuts, with everyone doing more with less help, it is hard to get ahead and not a lot of time for development. Hard to keep up with all the restructuring changes and makes employees feel very under valued.
