Baxter was my first position after graduating from college. I really like the inclusive culture of the company. People really care about each other.

Cons

Baxter was experiencing some budget constraints so we had to work in a tigher schedule.

Sucks. New rules are made everyday and u better expect to follow them all or else. Cant even look at other ppl with out being burned at the stake
