Baxter has an awesome culture. I love coming to work knowing the fact that everyone is engaged in helping produce quality life saving products, whether it is the Safety department, Planning, or Manufacturing; everyone has a critical role. The leadership/management team is top notch and one of a kind. I've worked for a few biotech companies in the past, and Baxter greatly surpasses all of them. I don't think there are any cons in this place. Like any other business, there are challenges and milestones to achieve but Baxter reaches and excels in those avenues.
