Flexibility, Impact lives, Global, Open to change. The very best company in terms of work / life and ability to drive results when ever you can. Opportunity to do good work is there, the opportunity to rise in the organization to positions commesserate with experience is limited.
Cons
Difficult to rise up and reach potential once in a position, everyone is a senior program manager there - it means nothing regarding influence, stature, experience, success. Results do not lead to promotion - supporting VP views does.
