Our company was purchased by Baxter. HR was easy to talk to. Enter Baxter into the picture. Now all changes need to be done online. Or, they give you a phone number to call and the people who answer speak English as a third language. Being a former employee I don't have my passwords, etc. All I want to do is change my address to get my tax forms. Sounds simple enough. No. Still not done. I've made 20 calls and no one will send me my tax forms. So glad I don't have to deal with their useless HR departments any more.
