Pros

Great Benefits Good People Good Culture cultivated in US Office

Cons

Management does not care about your opinions or challenges you face in the workplace. Will lie directly to your face about anything and everything. Will never be able to trust what comes out of their mouths. Absolutely terrible communication from the top down about upcoming changes. When they happen they are sudden and drastic, without any warning. Abandoning all development in the US, rapidly letting developers go for "cost saving measures". Exactly zero effort put towards career development and growth.
