Pros

Baxter has some amazing benefits and a great vacation package. While the company is growing, it still feels like a small company and they work hard to make all feel involved even though we work remotely.

Cons

Baxter grows at a fast pace which can sometimes outpace all the work needed to go along with it. They are working on this though.

Fast growing so the associated pains of thinner resources and greater responsibility; Heavy remote work approach from Covid has carried over so much less office mingle time

Pros

Excellent company culture. Everyone who works at Baxter sincerely wants you to succeed and will go out of their way to make it happen. Great work life balance, you are never expected to work on weekends. Every day brings something different and rarely will you find yourself bored without something interesting to look into.

Cons

Resources are tight, and staff generally have a lot on their plate. Not always a clear path defined to move up in the company.
