      Pros

      You make lots of money, because you are too exhausted to spend it if you actually get a day off.

      Cons

      It all depends the line you are on what type of con there will be. People in charge of people that have no experience or just don't care, managers that only see numbers, not the problems.

      Since you cannot wear make up or jewelry the time it takes you to prep yourself for the day is as long as it takes to put your scrubs on

      Cons

      Most everything at Baxter is a con. It's freezing inside, the garb, the cleaning day every week, everyone is equal in looks..maybe that's a perk...but homely females, just a shift of misery. Stay in school kids. Folks with 30 + years are bringing home less than FIVE HUNDRED A MONTH PENSION! SAD!!!
