      Pros

      Relaxed work environment, work from home hybrid option available, HR does try to keep morale up

      Cons

      Totally disorganized, willingness to change is non existent and legacy employees are putting in the bare minimum effort until they can cash out their pensions and hit the golf course. This is not a place to grow and learn, this is a place to just come in, pretend like your working, get over praised for doing the bare minimum then go home.

      Leadership has declined. Development of new products is a struggle.

      Lack of a defined ladder to climb

      Pros

      Benefits were decent, Pay was in the middle.

      Cons

      Stuck with no true ways to be promoted or advance within the company. A lot of dangling the carrot, but then the position you are trying to get into is closed, again. Very low/poor annual raises.
