Great benefits great employees clean environment

Cons

Management doesn’t respect the production team supervisors need to be on the production lines and environment more frequently don’t put all the pressure on others.

Very often adverse to change, a lot of corporate bureaucracy, work-life balance isn't always the greatest. Slow to promote even when top talent is recognized.
