      -Flexible PTO if needed -Start / End hours aren't too strict

      Cons

      -Management that never follows through on plans/ideas -Often demeaning to lower performing employees rather than trying to resolve their issues -Prepare to have good work ignored and torn apart for simple mistakes -Kiss your weekends goodbye

      Baxter bought the former company Gambro which was a horrible place to work. Baxter did not make any changes. There was so much nepotism in the company no one could get promoted Upper management got big time bonus. While the hourly employees barely got enough to make a credit card payment

      Helping save lives, rewarding job. Challenging. Numerous different types troubleshooting because of so many different machines. People are great to work with

      Management treats you like a number. Family life no longer matters. Gossip, All about seniority and not about the job you do.
