      Pros

      Flexible work arrangements. Flexible benefits. Relatively flat organisation structure

      Cons

      Lack of communication regarding org changes. Global company, but people leaders aren't trained to handle different cultures respectfully. Often it is their way or high way. Improvements much needed on systems and processes.
