      Nothing . It has become a terrible workplace . Too much politics and very toxic environment.

      Cons

      1. Bad HR 2. HR director doing only communication/talking . No work . No role. 3. Business not growing . In fact de growth . 4. Horrible office politics 5. Too much down sizing.
