No reliable system to identify people that do not contribute positively to the mission and vision of the company at the manufacturing operation level.

None that I can think of except the health benefits are better than other companies I have worked for in the last.

Cons

Direction changes frequently. Something is going on here - either a sale or a acquisition. People are rude and it's not a healthy environment and very toxic. No work life balance. Lots of silos among the different functions and no direction.
