One year in and past the honeymoon period of a new role and company I can honestly say I made the right decision to join Baxter. Beyond the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful mission I have found the organization to be highly collaborative, supportive of its employees and I enjoy my job.

Cons

There are always a lot new initiatives and projects happening and whilst it shows Baxter's focus on driving innovation, continuous improvement and employee engagement the prioritization is not always clear.
