Pros

1. Lots of learning opportunities. 2. Management puts an effort in balancing the work and life. 3. Leadership takes the feedback seriously and acts on it. 4. The culture in the team is usually good

Cons

1. Internal policies especially financial policies are very stringent and not at all friendly. Ex: claiming a lunch, event of travel are hectic. Rather I personally paid myself. 2. The gifts are usually very very less and of cheap quality.
