      Historically Baxter used to take care of employees , it was a best place to work with.

      Cons

      Recent Acquisition brought multiple questions in the current employees in terms of Roles . Also recent firing of an Employee citing the acquisition is not a fair approach to deal with the Employees. Also statements like Baxter is going to reduce its work force by 15% around 2023 - 24 is in the air. How can some one work peacefully with such things going around you.
