Big company with decent profits and opportunities

Cons

Top management stopped listening and enforcing changes without prior research. Depends on consultants to build the org. No recognition for engagement and overtime during COVID. Despite recognizing the overload and burn out of employees still pushing for more. This lemon is already dry

Excellent learnings but try to avoid

What I really appreciate now that I switched jobs is how useful the learnings at Baxter are with respect to operational excellence. Operations at Baxter are done at the highest level.

Cons

The toxic culture that managment throws upon its staff makes one feel disposable, unimportant and over-exploited. HR was normally not interested in making the environment better for the employee. Salary is quite low compared to the level of expertise, market standard and one's responsabilities.
