Pros

Flexible work arrangements, good work life balance, people here are fantastic to work with, solid pay and benefits, easy to get to locations

Cons

Lack of visible leadership, constantly changing project priorities, people slow to change to new corporate culture values, too many people that have been here for decades and are slow or resistant to change to new company culture, very very conservative on project approaches, old dates offices

Pros

Generous pay, benefits and healthcare.

Cons

Not good place to work, working hours to death and they don't even care. Culture of fear controls the organization, and new CEO is preparing the company for sale. Limited career advancement or not existing. Cut throat, toxic corporate culture where nobody can be trusted. Nobody cares about the patients, "it just works" or " we can fix it later", if anything happens we try to find "others" to take the blame.
