      Initially had good work/life balance. Good benefits.

      Management went from having a great rapport with employees, to having no backbone, to horrible within a couple of years.

      work life balance was great, office culture was good

      Cons

      leadership in certain departments was horrible. Expectations were too high for the amount of responsibility they handed out. There were favorites and it showed. If you were a favorite, you would move on in the department or company, if not you moved nowhere.
