-a lot do to - managment is not only key indicator driven - safe job for a lot of years - a lot of people are here for >10 years already

Cons

- not very family friendly - part time not possible in production - salary not so good - no further career possible

Salary and conditions are good. Work / life balance depends on the area you work. Maybe in past years could have been a good place to work.

Cons

Fast structural changes in the company leading into a chaotic processes and environment. The practice standards go in line with that aim as a consequence. Good salary implies to compensate for that in terms of time at work.

Pros

I like the new global CEO and all the changes he bring to the company! He is trying to bring the company on a pathway to a god company. The strategy and target he sets for the company is very clear and what he does much better than the previous one is that he keeps communicating them!

Cons

Really disappointed by the execution within the company. Obviously there is a lot of hesitation or resistance of the new CEO's direction. Or someone even distorts the direction and tries to do sth. that is beneficial to themselves. Too many people are still living in the old days, spending money as we are one of the most profitable pharmaceutical company. But actually we are not! and we are not very profitable at all! The other thing I would like to complain about is the inclusiveness. This is a very US centered company. Just look at how many US/HQ people got expatriated to everywhere of the world today as it has claimed to be a "global" company for years! People who get promoted are those who "stay close" with "the ups". Also, because the people here got paid so well, they won't want to move and the good people got no chance for promotion.
