      Great company with great values! They encourage growth from within.

      The location is in the suburbs,which makes it difficult to get and retain high talent from surrounding areas such as Chicago.

      Pros

      Young dynamic team, ability to understand each others problem as they are of the same age. Also, there is the freedom to do your own work at your own time

      Cons

      Long working hours , unless you are at a shift work which allows you to work to a maximum of 12 hours per day. Plant is very focused on results which might be a con on a long run

      Pros

      There are tons of opportunity for growth or at least their were. Given the tough times that it is having there may be less relevance now.

      Cons

      There is an old joke about the difference between the boy scouts and the army being that the boy scouts have adult leadership. Baxter feels the same way. If there was a vision for the company it did not make it out of the board room.
