Pros

Competitive salary and benefits for the industry

Cons

Workaholic culture and stressful work environment Canceled all rotation programs with very little notice and without a plan to retain employees, leaving 100+ fresh graduates with no certainty of continued employment Poor communication between corporate office and manufacturing plants, nobody seems to be on the same page A lot of talk about improving culture from upper management but it doesn't trickle down to lower level employees A big company with seemingly too much going on, seems to lack a sense of direction and purpose and easy to get lost in corporate politics
