Their routing department is I competent at best, loads are unpredictable, going into patient homes that are nasty and disgusting at times, days away from home, no chance for advancement.

Hours were horrible. Never enough techs on staff at one time to be available to patients and / or Field Service Technicians . The pay was terrible for the stressful working conditions. Baxter is a medical company. You have to be very knowledgeable in most departments. Pay the employees like they have some intelligence !! It was very easy to find employment in a much less stressful environment, making more $$ after 12 years at Baxter !!
