Organization I worked in was still not maturing from the culture change shake up. The organization still relied on outside vendors and already outsourced vendor to drive direction and management of key processes.

-Lack of efficient management -Mandatory overtime most weeks -Abuse of "at will" employment condition -Promise of "job bid" after 90 days but management often retains you far beyond that even after bidding to a new job
