      Pros

      Its a huge corporation with thousands of employees focused on increasing profit margins and growth? Corporate restructuring was rampant and disorganized but it was perfectly fine for the most part.

      Cons

      You are a small part of a huge corporate machine, you are replaceable. That's also the reality of working for a fortune 500 company in general.

      People are great, I particularly loved working with my team! There’s also job processes in place.

      Cons

      Pay/compensation is horrible. Too much politics and feels like a hierarchy from upper management.
