Pros

HSA, decent health insurance, nothing else.

Cons

Management is garbage. Sick calls policy is absurd and they do not treat their employees like humans. Worst company I’ve ever worked for.

Pros

New CEO seems promising, but leadership under him is weak. Andrew has already cut most of the mgmt, but more is needed sadly.

Cons

Goals are unambitious, support from central functions (RA/QA, IT, etc...) block work from being accomplished. Never worked somewhere where nothing got done and it was okay.
