      Pros

      Company is reinvesting in internal growth and development. If you have time and want to grow and develop your skills, here is a great place to do so.

      Cons

      Communication between business units is lacking. Seems that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing most of the time and it creates road blocks for simplicity of collaboration.

      if you suck up to supervisor there is room for growth.

      Cons

      expects you to do overtime every day. Management doesn't care about employees. Stressful.
