Favoritism will always out weigh experience and qualifications. Makes it difficult to move into the position you are qualified for because of the favoritism. A position is usually filled with their friends or buddies before it is even posted. Non working, unreliable employees get moved up easily because departments want rid of them. The hard working employees get stuck there because the assistant supervisors can just walk around talking since the workers can do it all without supervision.

really dynamic environment sometimes it might be hard to get trained on other processes. Might need to come during overtime to get trained.
