      Some managers are great, my first one was amazing!

      Cons

      My 2nd manager was so bad that my resting heart rate was at 170 and I had 2 different doctors tell me that I had to quit my job.

      A place where you can grow

      Pros

      Baxter has a good work life balance. The culture here encourages you to try things out without fear of failure. I have seen many of my colleagues take up roles which they did not have prior experience and excel. India center is going to a key contributor to Baxter International.

      Cons

      Off late there is a lot of change in the business priorities which I believe in the right direction. But too much change might unsettle some of the employees.

      Pros

      1st round - Technical 2nd round - Manager 3rd round - HR Interview process was smooth and diligent. Competitive questions were asked, and interviewers were friendly and motivating. Timely interviews were conducted as scheduled. Never experienced any bottlenecks.
