Pros

Common workers are good people

Cons

Upper management lies to the common worker, claim ton have the patients interest in mind but it always comes down to money, at least the corporate level.

Pros

When they know a downsizing is coming they will eliminate open roles to mitigate the number of employees that will be impacted. Overall the culture is positive. Good pay and benefits. In house fitness center and cafe.

Cons

No clear decision makers. Slow to act. Commercial leadership does not want to be challenged. Not a good place to work if your style is direct. Stlye is more important than results.

Pros

Allows for flexible work schedule (work from home, summer hours, etc); good people to work with; casual environment; decent pay and benefits; international presence leads to better appreciation of diversity and inclusion; market leader.

Cons

Round Lake location; slow for promotions and career growth; underutilized young talent; slow on innovation; "we have always done it this way" mentality.
