Cons
Workload because they can't hire staff. Short 3 drivers but really 4. Enforcing policy now but not 2 years ago. Given am incentive to attain a bonus, but SURPRISE! Suddenly, you're getting camera points you never used to get! I hadn't had 1 in a year, now 4....... Policy is enforced arbitrarily, depending upon the employee. Concerns are noted, but not acted upon. Compliments from your patients aren't passed on to us. Nobody wants to do extra, even some drivers backstab one another. HR is definitely NOT there for us. They are there to assist mngmt in enforcing their arbitrary policies. Seriously, look elsewhere, I personally know 3 drivers who are looking
