No promotions, managements are closed minded, over complicate things, a lot of corporate hierarchy, worst managements ever encountered, no motivation, only management are rewarded and not not the people who are doing the work. Company don't care about their employee

Given the company split most people are scared they will be laid off. Also, it's hard to move up and yearly raises are a joke. Make sure you get a good deal when you initially start because not much will change after that.
