      The company pays consistently every two weeks.

      Cons

      Employees consistently put workers in danger during pandemic and recent winter storm. Also don't honor the 'paid up hourly rule'. They renege on their policy to keep you underpaid.

      Global leader in a number of markets. You can make your own way and take charge of your development as Baxter has roles and teams occupying almost every function whether you want to stay technical, interface with commercial or work at a manufacturing site

      With any big company, there is a certain amount of hierarchy and layers but it's a skill to navigate that and make an impact
