Ability to work overtime at good rates Good cause at its roots

Cons

Staff are toxic, always gossip and are very cliquey. Management don't do anything to fix this, and pick favourites to promote or give opportunities to. Not what you know, it's who you know. Those that shout the loudest get what they want. Not a friendly environment to be in.

Baxter Pharmaceuticals provides all necessary facilities and good platform to explore new opportunities, learn new techniques and develop research skills. It has a strong commitment to ethics and compliance. Manager and teammates are supportive, and company's work culture is nice.

Nothing to dislike. All is well...!!
