      Horrible Work Culture, Don’t work here

      Good learning ground (even though you’re just a Chemist, you’re expected to do procurement, planning and everything in between)

      Cons

      Expected to work overtime on short notice (many times without compensation) Severely understaffed Extremely toxic workplace (publicly announcing any mistakes you’ve made, ostracises you if they deem you’re different from them) Expected to put work before your own health (asked to work during medical leave) Too many “leaders”, no clear person-in-charge (too much work politics)
