      Good work culture, Great collaboration, Mutual respect, flexibility, nice product portfolio

      Cons

      Salary negotiable could have been way more better, Work planning, Not so great canteen and food options inside the company, needs better vendor and good food options. Employee benefits could have been way more better, no unlimited sick leaves, Health benefits is not that great in comparison to their other competitors.

      Pros

      Work Culture followed up is good, flexible with work timings, no micromanagement, and the main this is travel stress is reduced since they provide door to door cab pick facility.

      Cons

      Insurance policies and Employee benefits to be improved.
