Pros

Really the only upside is that they value a work/life balance. This is a good place for college graduates to gain some experience, but after that it's best to move on, because opportunities are rather limited.

Cons

You are just a number, and unless you brown-nose nonstop you're treated as such. Too many lazy people who are there to just collect a paycheck and that's it. Pay is below average, and is just enough to keep you there just a little bit longer. They are constantly changing things and there seems to be no stability in staffing, always short staffed, or really anything for that matter.

Pros

Everyone is very nice, and the culture is very relaxed. Easy to move around internally.

Cons

Compensation is well below market. No one will ever be fired for any mistake of any kind. On the one hand that is very comforting for employees, but you end up with a lot of Director/Vp level people that have been there forever and have been entirely incompetent forever.

Pros

flexibility is good, great pay and benefits, they really do care about providing a great working environment.

Cons

processes are insanely complicated, can be customized too much. Its hard enough to build good products without the overhead, and I mean overhead of the internal processes. never has it taken so much work to accomplish so little.
