Poor Management

Pros

You can't beat the benefits. Their heath insurance has a great medical coverage and the company covers most of the expense. The initial salary is usually very good.

Cons

The management does not care about it's employees. The only concern is the budget. You have no opportunity to move up within the company unless you are one of the perfect ones (or have an inside with upper managment). They do not care about how much work you are accomplishing. The only concern is if you submit your time each week, complete training on time and make it appear like you are doing something. If you fail at any one of those (one time), you will not be able to advance in the company.

Good car alllowance scheme, compensation is also ok but not a very flexible company.

Cons

The company has no values or principles. The staff are treated badly. it is very poorly managed. Morally bankrupt management is leading to their downfall.
