      I worked in Baxter for almost 8 years and it just went from bad to worse over the years with constant nonsense reorganizations . Extremely toxic culture with inept senior leadership eager to save every penny independently of the outcome . It was a truly disgraceful experience and I don’t recommend to anyone . Only regret I have is not to have left earlier . The obsession with moving all activities to low cost regions to staff that is clearly not qualified and not trained and who don’t receive any support is clearly a path to a gloomy future . A truly sinking ship .
