Pros
Challenging work in a fast paced environment. More than adequate resources available. Some teams are high functioning although that is not a consistent finding. Good place for learning regulatory environment if a novice.
Cons
Restructuring and reorganizations are routine. Changes in leadership cause an unstable work environment and a great deal of stress. Work life balance is not respected and managing a heavy workload is expected. Little recognition for performing above and beyond the already unreasonable expectations.
