      Pros

      Gain a lot of experience, Great family on individual shift, Great insurance, Pay is descent for the area. Great sense of accomplishment knowing you're saving lives every single day.

      Cons

      Upper-Management does not award those who actually does their job. I work 50+ hours a week (get paid for 40) and no one notices. No recognition. Been on an off shift for 2 years while others who do not much about the process or perform well get to a more preferred shift. Getting moved to a preferred shift is treated as a promotion. Horrible work life balance. Find yourself thinking about work while you're off.

      Pros

      Baxter has great pay and benefits. Its hard to find another job that compares. They have a great work life balance also.

      Cons

      Due to downsizing they are closing the facility which is forcing us to find employment elsewhere. If it wasn't for this scenario I would definitely be staying with them.

      Pros

      Great mission and terrific people. Lots of opportunities to advance. Competitive pay. Decent benefits. I'm proud to work at Baxter.

      Cons

      Baxter is taking significant cost cutting measures, which is great but I'm worried that we are sacrificing long term results.
