The inaction taken by HR regarding aggressive and belittling employees has had a significant impact on the overall work environment. It has created uncertainty, fear, and distrust among employees. I'm concerned that if similar incidents go unaddressed, it may lead to a toxic culture and negatively affect employee morale, productivity, and retention. I hope the company will take steps to rectify this situation and ensure a safe and inclusive workplace for all employees.
