Pros

Relaxed work environment, work from home hybrid option available, HR does try to keep morale up

Cons

Totally disorganized, willingness to change is non existent and legacy employees are putting in the bare minimum effort until they can cash out their pensions and hit the golf course. This is not a place to grow and learn, this is a place to just come in, pretend like your working, get over praised for doing the bare minimum then go home.

Got a good bit of experience.

Cons

Micro managers. No room for progression. No salary increase/bonus/incentives Expected to work overtime with no compensation.
