Pros

Can be fun at times, pay and benefits package is very competitive. Relaxed dress code.

Cons

Company decisions ordered from home office are not in touch with the reality of the work flow and common practices. Outsourcing studies to find more "efficient" ways to save money tends to backfire in the long run, a lesson that Baxter fails to learn over and over. High turnover of employees.

Pros

Benefits were great and always looking to standardize work flow. Tries really hard to gain merit in programs, awards, kaizens, etc.

Cons

A majority of people I knew were great but very immature and takes everything personal. Unwelcoming cliques at work who will bully you if not liked. I'd be friends with some of these people but not work them again. Although I was successful and high performing, I was scrutinized for many things that others were not, even with same cases. Anyway they could knock me down, they did it. Compensation was not great either..

Great benefits, decent pay, opportunities for advancement if you are willing to travel and relocate. The biggest pro is. This company truly does save lives.

Cons

Can get hectic and stressful, constant change, a lot of expectations, very repetitive, dealing with the general public. Can only advance so far at the same center.
