Many office analytical jobs thrive in an at home office which was proven during the pandemic. Flexibility is just lip service and micromanaging is prevalent across the org. C-Suite and upper management make ill advised decisions with little time on job---Upper management is a revolving door, and all the constant restructuring is just smoke and mirrors in the endless chaos. Annual increases are very low compared to other companies which is why you need to thoroughly negotiate if onboarding.
