Very focused on cost reductions; no more sense of belonging employees are treated as numbers, changes are pushed through very fast with bad communication.

Dishonest with employees. When preparing to split the biotech portion off to its own company, Baxalta, it was suspected that they did it to sell off that portion of the business. Management ensured employees that would never happen. It was sold off only a few months after the split. Also, they targeted people who were grandfathered into the pension program for lay-offs. This company does not care about it's employees regardless of their tenure.
