Thanks for the review. We appreciate you sharing your perspective as a Project Leader in San Gwann and highlighting our flexible working, great people, and collaborative environment. This means a lot to us, especially as our culture comprises fantastic people united in supporting our mission. Regarding salaries, our compensation structure is regularly reviewed and benchmarked against industry standards. We work closely with our Compensation & Benefits teams and external agencies to ensure our compensation remains competitive. Thanks so much for the review.

Not the best place to work.

Pros

Met some life long friends here.. that’s about it.

Cons

To start, Baxter promotes this wild idea that they are a “best place to work” when everyone who has ever worked there knows differently. I have held a lot of roles in this company and agree with most of the negative reviews below. One thing you must know about Baxter? Baxter does not care about your hard work. Baxter does not care about your dedication. Baxter only cares about who you know and how much money you bring in. There is no room for growth but they will have you do a ton of extra work with the promise of moving up just for them to say you don’t have experience. How would one get experience if they aren’t allowed to job shadow or bare minimum learn for the deptartment they are interested in? Baxter’s pay here is grossly under what it should be. Bonuses are non existent for anyone not in upper management or a sales role. The company is spinning off an entire branch because they over spent on an acquisition and now their dedicated employees have to take the fall for it. Baxter’s motto is to save and sustain lives, that must be for only the people that pay. For us employees there’s no saving or sustaining our lives just a slow gradual push out the door.

Disappointing

Pros

Working for a fortune 500 company solely for saying you work for the company. Health insurance is decent and 4 weeks of PTO is nice. Working from home 2-3 days a week is also nice.

Cons

If you don't put a limit on your work load, they will just pile it out and not care how burnt out the employee is. There's not enough recognition for the work you do and will scrutinize everything you do incorrectly. Severely under paid for the current economy while upper management continues to get their bonuses and raises.
